Hands on is not mandate for exam but this will help you to develop better understanding of WEB UI — Snowsight, Navigation options and run sample queries, Create few databases , db objects, warehouses. This will definitely help to remember it over a theoretical knowledge.

Certification Exam Layout & Tips
Exam questions are straight forward which test on your understanding of Snowflake! Questions are from the areas shared above. There are questions with True/False, Single Select, Multi Select/select all that apply. TIP for Questions where you have multiselect all that apply — Read all options and apply strikethrough method to remove/eliminate not applicable options.
