Do you have a Dream/Dreams? what they mean to you? Are you trying enough to fulfill them? Do you want to fulfill your Dream? Do you want to accomplish and celebrate success moment of Dream completion? Are you ready to work day and night to fulfill them? Are you passionate about your dreams? Are you confident on accomplishing your dreams? Answer all of these qs honestly. Count no of “Yes” you have in your answers! If most of them as “yes”, then congratulations! you are alive! Congratulations, you are living your life! Bravo! you are one of the masterpiece God has created! Be ready to celebrate your success sometime soon!
If most of them are “No” or “Vague” or “not clear” or with many options in single dream then you need to work on getting it clearer! making it more Crisp! According to me, anyone without dreams is like a flying kite whose rope has been cut and kite doesn’t know where this wind will lead him to? how long will he be flying or something is going to torn him up!
Dream/Dreams are essential part of our life! I remember, when I was kid most of people use to ask me what you want to be when you will grow old? I use to answer them cheerfully ! and every time I use to answer, my confidence, hard work, energy use to get a boost! Many people still ask this to kids they meet. I feel that’s better way to have your kid thinking of themselves, finding them to be doing something in future as their career! Be it Teacher, Doctor, Engineer, Mechanic, Astronaut anything. This is must! Don’t laugh at them, let them speak up what they want to be, let them think of themselves, their likings and aspirations! Let it change year on year, that’s fine! most important is to ensure they have a Dream! a Goal to achieve in Life!
There is no age to setup a Goal, Dream to achieve! you can do it at any age! List them down, make it a SMART goal! you know SMART right? Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and most importantly Time bound! But we say right, sooner the better! So, lets inculcate this in Kids! Let them see, let them find their own dream! Let’s make them understand what is SMART and help them to work towards their owns selves!
I am recommending as being parent of a kid to every parent or to be parents to have this “Goal setting” or “Day Dreaming” set for their kids. Just ensure , the dreams are SMART like every other kid! Don’t make them day dreamer but make them to work hard for their Dreams! Teach them to study, learn from each failure! to achieve more! Let them have their very own dream than owning dream of Parent, owning expectations of Parents! Let them be maker of their own career! Help them to identify good and bad! help them to learn to measure success , lesson from every single failure! Prepare them for Both — Success as well as Failure! I am sure with this thought our future will always be brighter and happier with our kids!
Every individual needs a Dream! Every Dream needs a Passionate mind! Every Passion needs committed heart! Every Commitment needs a hard working soul! Every hard work needs time to shine! And hard work does get pay! Just wait for right time! And you are in your own time zone! Nothing left behind and nothing leading! Be You! Live Your Dreams! You will never loose when you compete with you & you!
